- All correspondence issued and received
- Reports issued to all Board members, as information is received, pertaining to changes or additions to State Statutes.
- Bidding of new and maintenance of existing service contracts
- Maintenance of existing insurance policies and bidding of same to guarantee the Association proper coverage with favorable premiums.
- Processing of vendor invoices and payment
- Processing of Owner billing, collection of common fees and enforcement of Association late policy.
- Maintenance of Association bank accounts
- Processing of 1099 forms to vendors and coordination with Association hired CPA for the filing of tax returns

- Consulting Services are offered to Self Managed Associations.
